Delivery Information

Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 working days from dispatch

Standard delivery is £5.99 & orders over £20 are delivered FREE of charge within the UK.

All our items, should tell you if we have it in stock or have to order it in for you from our suppliers. Please note some of our suppliers are overseas and this may delay delivery. 

After your order, please allow up to 3- 7 business days for us to pick & pack your order. Then allow 3-5 business days delivery time.

After we have packed your order, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with your tracking number. After you have received this If your order does not arrive within the expected arrival time of 3-5 working days after dispatch please contact us at and we will look into this for you.

​Please note that postage delays are unfortunately outside of our control. 

Please Note, due to unprecedented warnings from delivery partners, we can only guarantee orders placed before the 10th December 2023 will be delivered before Christmas. 
All orders placed after the 10th we will try our hardest to get to customers before Christmas. 


Returns Information

We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase then you can return them to us with the exception of personalised items. To be eligible for a refund, simply return unwanted items within 30 days from the date of delivery with the order number and we’ll process this for you. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. When returning items, please retain proof of postage. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process the refund within 5 working days.

We will not accept any returns that are not complete in the original packaging and are opened.

Please note that personalised items are excluded from our refund policy and cannot be returned.

If you are returning products that are either faulty or damaged, we ask that you send us an email at with your order number & a photo as proof of damage. We will then confirm how to arrange for a refund to be processed or product replaced.

The Toy Hub try to recycle packaging so your order may arrive in branded boxes different to the brand(s) you may have ordered. Be assured that our packers do everything they can to pack up your order so it arrives safely and undamaged.
